Abstract

Stať se zabývá profesními cíli budoucích absolventů Slezské univerzity, Obchodně podnikatelské fakulty v Karviné jako nástrojem rozvoje zaměstnatelnosti vysokoškoláků. Cílem stati je zjistit, jak konceptualizovat profesní cíle a doporučit aplikaci konceptualizace profesních cílů jako nástroje k rozvoji zaměstnatelnosti budoucích absolventů SU OPF v Karviné. Úvod seznamuje s problémy vysokoškoláků při konceptualizací profesních cílů. První kapitola uvádí přehled relevantní literatury o zaměstnatelnosti vysokoškoláků na trhu práce a mechanismu konceptualizace profesních cílů. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje profil vysokoškoláka podle modelu DISG se zřetelem k rozvoji zaměstnatelnosti. Třetí kapitola interpretuje konceptualizaci profesních cílů k rozvoji zaměstnatelnosti u výběrových souborů budoucích absolventů SU OPF v Karviné. Závěr potvrzuje oprávněnost konceptualizace profesních cílů k rozvoji zaměstnatelnosti vysokoškoláků v pojetí cílového managementu podle modelu OSCAR.
