Influencia de las contraprestaciones financieras en la decisi¢n de franquiciar un establecimiento en el sector Confecci¢n, Moda y Complementos

Abstract

En la £ltima d‚cada el sistema de franquicia ha adquirido un desarrollo progresivo, aumentando el n£mero de empresarios interesados en este concepto de negocio. Al respecto, el presente trabajo de investigaci¢n tiene como objetivo analizar la influencia de las contraprestaciones financieras del contrato de franquicia en la decisi¢n de franquiciar establecimientos de una ense¤a. Para ello se ha elaborado un panel de datos de ense¤as espa¤olas del sector confecci¢n, moda y complementos para el periodo 1995 al 2006. Los resultados obtenidos muestran que las ense¤as de franquicia espa¤olas del sector Confecci¢n, Moda y Complementos aplican el concepto de franquicia al influir las contraprestaciones financieras impl¡citas en el mencionado concepto, sobre la apertura de nuevos establecimientos franquiciados.
