Abstract

El reclutamiento que realizan las firmas para cubrir vacantes laborales suele diferir según el sector y rama de la producción, el tamaño del establecimiento, o su trayectoria. Sin embargo, es relevante para el conjunto de la demanda la prevalencia e incluso incremento de altos requerimientos educativos sin que por ello exista correspondencia entre nivel de educación y características del puesto de trabajo ofrecido. Este fenómeno es alentado por la calidad de la mano de obra local y las restricciones laborales, elementos que inciden en las políticas de selección y en las estrategias empresarias.
