The CEO Horizon Scholarship Program: A Case Study of School Vouchers in the Edgewood Independent School District, San Antonio, Texas

Abstract

Describes the results of an institutional analysis that looked at the effects of the program on the schools and school system. Finds that parents with children in private schools believe these schools are more responsive and committed.
