Report on the Pretest of the Reaching the Working Poor and Poor Elderly Survey: Volume I

Abstract

Discusses methodological issues related to a pilot survey developed to shed light on why less than one-half of the eligible working households and less than two-fifths of the eligible elderly households participate in the Food Stamp Program. In 2 vols.
