Abstract

Lo scopo di questo lavoro è quello di fare una panoramica sulla nozione di differenziabilità alla luce delle intuizioni pi?? recenti senza trascurare il lavoro dei primi matematici che si sono scontrati con queste tematiche. Le pagine che seguono puntano ad analizzare lo sviluppo di tale concetto dagli esordi, dalle intuizioni dei matematici del diciassettesimo secolo, fino agli studi pi?? avanzati dei giorni nostri.
