Eine experimentelle Untersuchung von Framing zur Beeinflussung der Performanz

Abstract

Die vorliegende experimentelle Studie untersucht den Einfluss gezielten Framings auf das Leistungsverhalten von Individuen. Dafür werden zunächst mittels des Multi-Motiv-Gitters die Motivausprägungen der Leistungs- und Fehlervermeidungsmotivation der Versuchsteilnehmer gemessen. Daraufhin wird eine Leistungsermittlung durch einen Real- Effort-Task durchgeführt. Anhand fünf verschiedener Treatmentgruppen wird analysiert, inwiefern Framing, also differierende Formulierungen einer Aufgabenstellung, leistungsbeeinflussende Effekte haben kann. Die Ergebnisse zeigen u.a., dass wahrgenommener Zeitdruck, unabhängig von der individuellen Motivausprägung, signifikant zu schlechteren Ergebnissen führt.
