Valori e identità aziendale nelle Società Benefit

Abstract

La ricerca si propone di analizzare il ruolo dei valori all’interno delle Società Benefit e il loro impatto sulla costruzione dell’identità aziendale. Attraverso un’indagine qualitativa, lo studio esplora come queste imprese si distinguano per un forte orientamento etico. A differenza delle aziende tradizionali, le Società Benefit adottano un modello gestionale basato sulla creazione di valore condiviso, generando effetti positivi sulla società , sul territorio e sui collaboratori. La ricerca, condotta mediante il coinvolgimento diretto di imprese benefit e consulenti specializzati, evidenzia come la dimensione valoriale rappresenti un elemento centrale nella definizione dell’identità e del funzionamento di tali organizzazioni. I risultati sottolineano l’importanza dei valori come fattore distintivo e strategico, capace di orientare le scelte aziendali e rafforzare la coerenza organizzativa.
