Abstract

W niniejszym opracowaniu przedstawiamy diagnozê obecnych mo¿liwoœci dostosowywania organizacji czasu pracy do obowi¹zków rodzinnych w Polsce na podstawie badañ miêdzynarodowych. Pokazujemy, na ile uwarunkowania i mo¿liwoœci dostosowywania organizacji czasu pracy do obowi¹zków rodzinnych ulega³y poprawie w ostatnich latach. Wskazujemy tak¿e elementy polityki rynku pracy, które mog³yby zostaæ zmodyfikowane w celu polepszenia mo¿liwoœci ³¹czenia pracy zawodowej i obowi¹zków rodzinnych.
