Abstract

Questo rapporto offre una sintesi del percorso durato tre anni che ha portato in Italia, alla fine del 2013, al calcolo dei fabbisogni standard degli enti locali delle regioni a statuto ordinario. Nella prima parte del lavoro si richiama l’attenzione sulle scelte metodologiche di fondo; la seconda parte, invece, è incentrata sulla descrizione delle principali attività complementari, al momento in fase di completamento, che hanno l’obiettivo di rendere le informazioni raccolte per la determinazione dei fabbisogni standard funzionali al monitoraggio e al miglioramento della performance degli enti locali.
