Abstract

Acest volum reprezinta rezultatul activitatilor derulate in cadrul proiectului RO21-MAI-IGPR–PDP4. In cadrul lucrarii se au in vedere aspecte precum: prezentarea experientei altor state, in domeniul anchetelor privind victimizarea; fundamentarea dezvoltarii instrumentelor de masurare si analiza complexa a fenomenului victimizarii în Romania, folosind metoda anchetelor; construirea unui chestionar privind victimizarea care sa fie aplicat în Romania, ca cercetare pilot in acest domeniu; dimensionarea esantionului reprezentativ la nivel national, cu adresabilitate directa asupra etniei roma; identificarea dimensiunilor fenomenului victimizarii în Romania, ca nivel, structura si dinamica, in cazul populatiei totale si al etniei roma, ca exemplu de analiza bazata pe variabile de detaliu, precum „etnia”; analiza incidentei acestui fenomen în Romania, comparativ cu alte tari; propuneri privind politicile nationale/locale, pentru o buna gestionare a problemelor incidente fenomenului victimizarii si coordonarea actiunilor in scopul reducerii acestuia in Romania (cu evidentierea aspectelor legate de preventie si interventie). Concluziile studiului ne indica o stare buna a gestionarii fenomenului infractionalitatii, desi diversitatea cauzelor este mare si parte din acestea actioneaza asociativ, cu accent pe infractionalitatea cauzata de precaritatea conditiilor de viata.
