Abstract

Die Konjunktur in Deutschland befindet sich in einem Spannungsfeld zwischen dem Sog nach unten aus den Krisenländern und einem stabilen weltwirtschaftlichen Umfeld. Das weltwirtschaftliche Umfeld außerhalb des Euroraums stellt sich im Prognosezeitraum als relativ stabil dar. Dagegen verharrt der Euroraum weiterhin in der Rezession. In Deutschland ist für den Prognosezeitraum mit einem insgesamt verhaltenen Produktionsanstieg zu rechnen. Im Jahresdurchschnitt 2012 steigt das Bruttoinlandsprodukt um 0,7 % und im Jahr 2013 um 0,8 %. Die Arbeitslosenquote wird 2013 im Jahresdurchschnitt bei 7,0 %, nach 6,8 % im Jahr 2012. Der Anstieg der Verbraucherpreise wird im kommenden Jahr 1,7 % betragen, nach 2,1 % in diesem Jahr.
