Abstract

The study starts with a review of the given task, defines the region, Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), and presents the countries selected for the case studies, Hungary, Estonia, and Eastern Germany. Complexities of the task are explained and relevant data supplied, and the study focused according to task, difficulties, and data.
