Abstract

"Ein gut funktionierender Ausbildungsmarkt ist ein wichtiges Fundament für einen stabilen Arbeitsmarkt. Vorzeitige Lösungen von Ausbildungsverträgen können ein Hinweis für Probleme im Ausbildungssystem sein. Angesichts des demografischen Wandels und dem daraus resultierenden Fachkräftebedarf gilt es, vermeidbare vorzeitige Lösungen von Ausbildungsverträgen zu verhindern. Auch wenn eine Ausbildungsvertragslösung nicht in jedem Fall einen Ausbildungsabbruch zur Folge hat, so hat sie doch relevante negative Konsequenzen - sowohl für die Auszubildenden, als auch für die Betriebe. Durch Vertragslösungen entstehen für auszubildende Betriebe und Auszubildende Kosten und Zeitverluste, sie erfordern neue Suchbemühungen und können darüber hinaus auch die Ausbildungsbereitschaft reduzieren. Der Bericht beschäftigt sich zunächst mit der allgemeinen Ausbildungssituation in Nordrhein-Westfalen, bevor dann Entwicklungen und regionale Verteilungen im Hinblick auf vorzeitig gelöste Ausbildungsverträge und Lösungsquoten differenziert nach verschiedenen individuellen Merkmalen wie Geschlecht, Ausbildungsberuf, schulischer Vorbildung sowie betrieblichen Merkmalen beleuchtet werden. Zum Ende erfolgt ein Überblick über Studienergebnisse aus Befragungen zu Gründen für vorzeitige Lösungen, gezogenen Konsequenzen aus und dem weiteren Fortgang nach vorzeitigen Lösungen."
