Arbeitslandschaft 2010 : Teil 2: Ungebrochener Trend in die Wissensgesellschaft. Entwicklung der Tätigkeiten und Qualifikationen

Abstract

In zwei Kurzberichten werden die wichtigsten Ergebnisse der neuen IAB/Prognos-Tätigkeitsprojektion vorgestellt. Der zweite Teil zeigt, in welche Richtung sich die Tätigkeits- und Qualifikationsstruktur des Arbeitsmarktes entwickeln wird. Erwartet werden höhere Beschäftigungsanteile bei den anspruchsvollen Tätigkeiten wie Disposition, Organisation, Management, Planung, Beratung, Forschung, Entwicklung und starke Rückgänge bei den einfachen Tätigkeiten. Infolgedessen werden Hoch- und Fachhochschulabsolventen weiterhin hohe Beschäftigungsgewinne erzielen, während Geringqualifizierte mit starken Verlusten rechnen müssen. Auf der mittleren Ebene stagnieren die Zahlen, die Anforderungen steigen aber auch hier. (IAB)
