Abstract

U ovom radu prikazan je postupak izrade novog indeksa cijena stambenih objekata (ICSO) konstruiranog u suradnji Državnog zavoda za statistiku i Hrvatske narodne banke na temelju podataka Porezne uprave Republike Hrvatske. Rad također upućuje na moguću upotrebu razvijenih ekonometrijskih modela i baze podataka Porezne uprave pri (masovnoj) procjeni vrijednosti stambenih nekretnina.
