人工知能・ロボットと雇用 : 個人サーベイによる分析

Abstract

本稿は、人工知能(AI)及びロボットが生活や雇用に及ぼす影響について、個人を対象とした独自のサーベイの結果に基づいて概観する。主な関心事は、就労者の視点からどのような仕事がAI・ロボットといった新技術に代替されやすいと考えられているのか、また、ユーザーの視点からどのようなサービスがAI・ロボットに置換されやすいのか、という点である。分析結果によれば、大学・大学院教育、特に理科系の教育を通じた汎用的・可塑的な高スキルとAI・ロボットとの補完性が高い。同時に、専門学校の教育履歴や職業資格保有といった専門性の高いスキルを要する仕事も、AI・ロボットで代替されにくいと認識されている。ユーザー側の分析からは、保育・教育・医療といった対人サービスは、AI・ロボットによって代替されにくい可能性が示唆される。
