Abstract

Fruit d'un travail interdisciplinaire, ce rapport de recherche réalisé pour le compte de la Dares (APR post-enquête REPONSE 2017) a pour objectif de mieux rendre compte des reconfigurations des formes et des usages des dispositifs du « dialogue social » en entreprise, à partir d'un questionnement axé sur l'articulation entre modèles socio-productifs et pratiques du dialogue social en entreprise. Il s'appuie sur une enquête de terrain ainsi que sur l'exploitation des données de l'enquête REPONSE de la Dares.
