Gestion de Trésorerie d'Entreprise : Méthodologies et Outils d'Optimisation des Flux Financiers Court Terme

Abstract

Dans un contexte de normalisation progressive de la politique monétaire européenne, avec un taux directeur BCE maintenu à 2% en septembre 2025, la gestion de trésorerie d'entreprise revêt une importance stratégique particulière. Ce rapport technique propose une synthèse méthodologique des pratiques d'optimisation des flux financiers court terme, basée sur l'analyse de la littérature académique, de la réglementation en vigueur et des pratiques observées dans les PME et ETI françaises. L'approche méthodologique combine analyse documentaire et examen comparatif des outils disponibles. La structure en six chapitres couvre les fondamentaux théoriques, les techniques de prévision, la gestion opérationnelle des flux, l'optimisation des excédents, les stratégies de financement et l'évolution digitale du secteur. Les principaux apports incluent la formalisation des modèles prévisionnels, l'analyse coût-bénéfice des solutions technologiques et l'impact des évolutions réglementaires européennes sur les pratiques de trésorerie.
