Abstract

Ce rapport présente les résultats de l'étude des inégalités sociales et territoriales en matière de pratiques alimentaires "ALImentation dans la cohorte SIRS francilienne : ALISIRS". Les deux premiers chapItres présentent les outils et méthodes développés et utilisés dans l'étude. Les chapItres suivants présentent les résultats sur les disparités sociales et spatiales des pratiques alimentaires en région parisienne. Le chapitre quatre porte sur les modes d'approvisionnement, les rythmes et le nombre de prises alimentaires en population générale. Tandis que le chapitre suivant se concentre sur les pratiques alimentaires des populations socialement fragiles (personnes âgées, milieux précaires), lesquelles peuvent développer des pratiques alimentaires délétères pour leur santé (dénutrition, obésité). Les deux derniers chapitres traitent , de deux phénomènes en constante progression dans les pays riches, d'une part la surcharge pondérale et d'autre part l'insécurité alimentaire.
