La recherche-développement et l'innovation dans les activités de conseil : synthèse sectorielle et études de cas

Abstract

Ce rapport est consacré à la recherche-développement et à l'innovation dans les services de conseil. Il comporte une synthèse sectorielle et des études de cas de cabinets de conseil appartenant aux domaines suivants : conseil en recrutement et gestion des ressources humaines, conseil juridique, conseil en marketing, conseil en organisation et en stratégie, conseil en informatique. Nous présentons ici une synthèse des premiers résultats qui peuvent être tirés de ces analyses, que nous avons voulues volontairement descriptives et factuelles. Cette synthèse sectorielle est organisée selon le plan suivant : 1) Les principales catégories d'innovations rencontrées; 2) L'organisation des processus d'innovation et des activités de R-D.
