Abstract

L'objectif du projet est d'évaluer l'impact du dispositif Fais-Moi Une Place sur l'entrée en formation et en emploi des bénéficiaires, très majoritairement des femmes. Ce programme agit comme une véritable plateforme entre la demande et l'offre de mode de garde : côté demande, l'association accompagne les parents pour dépasser les barrières institutionnelles et informationnelles à l'accès à un mode de garde. L'association met principalement en relation les familles avec des assistantes maternelles, qui peuvent répondre plus facilement à un besoin non anticipé et s'adaptent à des horaires de travail atypiques. Fais-Moi Une Place accompagne également les assistantes maternelles dans leurs démarches administratives.
