Abstract

Cet article revient sur le positionnement politique des travaux de Pierre-Yves Gomez et ses analyses du gouvernement des entreprises et du capitalisme. Construit à partir d'une relecture serrée des différents ouvrages publiés par Pierre-Yves Gomez, il fait ressortir l'originalité et la portée analytique des développements proposés l'auteur eu égard la trajectoire historique du capitalisme mais également les débats contemporains qui traversent le gouvernement des entreprises. C'est l'occasion de souligner l'ancrage politique des travaux de Pierre-Yves Gomez tout au long de sa carrière universitaire.
