Abstract

Alors que le cadre de santé est un régulateur de nombreuses tensions, les émotions dans l'activité professionnelle sont plutôt un impensé organisationnel. A partir de deux focus groups des cadres de santé ont décrit des situations émotionnelles. Elles permettent de déterminer les activités qui déclenchent des émotions et d'identifier le pouvoir d'agir des cadres de santé. Les résultats montrent le rôle social des managers et l'importance des réseaux dans l'organisation.
