La logistique de l’épicerie en ligne : vers une différenciation des solutions

Abstract

Depuis la fin des années 1990, toutes les enseignes de la grande distribution intégrée française ont créé des supermarchés en ligne, et elles ont alors été confrontées à des problèmes logistiques. Après avoir rappelé quels sont les modèles fondamentaux de la logistique du « B to C », notre article dresse un tableau des offres des quatre principaux cybermarchés français et de leurs organisations logistiques. Il montre qu'un schéma logistique domine en France, et il en présente ses limites. Il affirme enfin que d'autres solutions peuvent s'envisager avec bénéfice et insiste sur les atouts que constituent les réseaux de magasins.
