BtoC e-commerce: the impact of togistic solutions on the mobility
[Le B to C : l’impact des solutions logistiques sur la mobilité]

Abstract

Le développement de la mobilité, que cette dernière soit physique ou virtuelle, entraîne des mutations sensibles : ce qui nous est physiquement proche peut nous être en définitive étranger quand, à l'inverse, ce qui nous est éloigné, mais attractif et facilement accessible ou aisément livrable, peut nous paraître nôtre… Ainsi, le commerce électronique ne contribue-t-il pas à résoudre les problèmes de mobilité ? Ou, au contraire, la vente en ligne ne ferait-elle pas plutôt émerger de nouvelles mobilités ? En vue d'apporter des éléments de réponse à ces interrogations, notre communication va s'appuyer sur un certain nombre de situations concrètes du B to C et tenter de mettre en évidence, à chaque fois, l'impact des solutions logistiques retenues sur la mobilité, celle des cybercommerçants comme celle des internautes.
