Les fondements psychologiques et relationnels des marques de distributeurs dans la distribution alimentaire

Abstract

Les évolutions des marques de distributeur amènent les managers des enseignes à leur donner un rôle stratégique, notamment en matière de fidélisation des clients. Mais les capacités relationnelles de ces marques restent sous-explorées, surtout si l'on considère les différences d'approche marketing qui caractérisent les offres actuelles. À cette fin, plusieurs éléments de nature attitudinale et comportementale sont proposés. Ils permettent de qualifier comment la fidélité d'un consommateur à l'égard d'une marque de distributeur se construit. Une distinction en deux catégories, marque d'enseigne et marque propre, révèle une évolution de cette relation, et augure d'approches segmentées des clientèles plus efficaces.
