Abstract

Towards a interdisciplinary theoretical framework of individual well-being This paper revisits the interdisciplinary literature on wellbeing to propose an integrated theoretical framework. Well-being is defined in a temporal perspective, based on three components (cognitive, affective and conative) that manifest through four facets (psychological, physical, financial and social). This approach offers interesting managerial perspectives and promising research opportunities in management science
