Abstract

S'inscrivant dans le cadre des réflexions sur les modes de contrôle développés au sein des relations client-fournisseur, cet article propose une analyse fine de la manière dont un fournisseur peut combiner une adaptation de sa structure organisationnelle avec des évolutions managériales pour tout à la fois répondre aux exigences de contrôle de ses clients et susciter une dynamique interne à son organisation. En s'appuyant sur le cas de l'entreprise Favi, un sous-traitant automobile, l'article met en lumière le processus de construction dans la durée d'une organisation s'adaptant aux figures successives du client, et il analyse en quoi l'approche proactive développée par l'entreprise pour répondre aux exigences du contrôle bureaucratique et social de ses clients participe de son propre système managérial.
