Abstract

Les effets structurants de l'offre de transport constituent, actuellement, une préoccupation majeure de l'économie des transports, dans la mesure où les pays industrialisés ont résorbé les principaux goulots d'étranglement de transport et peuvent envisager d'utiliser les investissements nouveaux comme instrument, parmi d'autres, de l'aménagement du territoire. Cet article a pour objet de montrer comment est étudié, ici et là, le rôle de l'offre de transport dans le processus de développement régional.
