Abstract

[fre] Les méthodologies usuelles de l'étude des effets structurants de l'offre de transport. . Les effets structurants de l'offre de transport constituent, actuellement, une pré­occupation majeure de l'économie des transports, dans la mesure où les pays industrialisés ont résorbé les principaux goulots d'étranglement de transport et peuvent envisager d'utiliser les investissements nouveaux comme instrument, parmi d'autres, de l'aménagement du territoire.. Cet article a pour objet de montrer comment est étudié, ici et là, le rôle de l'offre de transport dans le processus de développement régional. [eng] Usual methodologies for studying the structurising effects of transport facilities. . Since most of the transport inadequacies have been removed in the industrialized countries, the new investments in the transport sector coula be used as an instrument, among others, of regional development policy. Therelore, increasing importance is attached to the study of structurising effects of transport facilities. The pur pose of this article is to show how is studied, here and there, the role of the transport facilities in the economical development process.
