Abstract

Pour favoriser la compétence collective et équiper les équipes d'outils de gestion simples et de pratiques génériques, la méthode agile se développe. Toutefois, la question de sa mise en œuvre a peu été étudiée. Une enquête exploratoire a permis d'analyser comment s'articulent outils, pratiques et compétence collective, à différents niveaux de l'organisation. Les auteurs proposent un modèle théorique, ainsi que des perspectives de recherche.
