Regard sur quelques expériences étrangères de « comptes individuels de formation »

Abstract

Dans le champ de la formation continue, de nouveaux modes d'intervention publique sont promus visant à mieux concilier efficacité et équité en promouvant l'initiative individuelle : les « comptes individuels de formation ». Un certain nombre de ces dispositifs ont été déployés, expérimentés ou simplement débattus dans de nombreux pays. Une sélection d'entre eux (six dispositifs, trois pays) révèle la grande variété de leurs modalités concrètes (ciblage, financement, usage) et des objectifs (implicites ou explicites) qui peuvent être assez différents. Cette contribution fait apparaître la singularité du Compte personnel de formation mais aussi son ambition au regard des expériences étrangères étudiées.
