Abstract

Cet article a pour objectif de proposer des outils de gestion de crise dans le contexte de conflits dans les joint-ventures internationales (JVI). En effet, les JVI impliquent deux ou plusieurs partenaires qui, malgré leur volonté de coopérer, peuvent se heurter à des conflits à différents niveaux de la relation. Pour cela, les outils de gestion de crise peuvent s'avérer utiles s'ils sont intégrés ou pris en considération dès le début du processus de la création de l'entité commune. En nous basant sur le modèle de Pondy (1967), qui retrace la dynamique d'un processus conflictuel, nous essayerons de déterminer les outils de gestion de crise à mettre en place dans le cadre des JVI conflictuelles.
