Abstract

Le concept de fracture numérique appartient à la catégorie de ceux qui ne peuvent être saisis par une définition unique et universelle. Il renvoie à de nombreuses facettes de la numérisation de l'économie et à la diffusion des technologies de l'information et des communications (TIC). En quête de sens, de mesure et d'interprétation, le concept de fracture numérique a fait l'objet d'une recherche académique fournie depuis la fin des années 1990.
