Abstract

While the financial crisis that occurred in 2008 highlighted the fundamental role of risk management for banking activities and for the global financial system, in France positions involving credit analysis do not appear to be viewed as attractive. The research shows that the employees' reluctance was based mainly on the loss of their bonuses as well as concerns about later external employability. This might show an evolution of psychological contracts being more transactional than in the past.
