Le théâtre, un outil de formation au management

Cette recherche vise à montrer comment le théâtre peut être mis au service du développement des entreprises et des individus qui y travaillent. Elle s'appuie sur l'évaluation d'une action de formation qui a concerné plus de 200 managers, pour s'interroger sur la fonction de management du théâtre, mettre en lumière ses vertus pédagogiques, et analyser le rôle des " acteurs " de l'entreprise à partir de la métaphore du " manager-metteur en scène ".
