Abstract

Cet article étudie l'effet des changements technologiques et organisationnels sur la stabilité de l'emploi des différentes catégories professionnelles. Nous développons une analyse empirique où nous exploitons une base de données portant sur un échantillon représentatif d'établissements français. Les résultats obtenus suggèrent que l'adoption des nouvelles technologies de l'information est positivement corrélée aux mouvements des cols bleus, alors que la plupart des pratiques organisationnelles innovatrices influenceraient positivement celui des cadres.
