Abstract

Cette contribution s'intéresse à un type particulier d'acteur pour aborder la problématique de la convergence et de la divergence des pratiques RH dans les entreprises au Maroc. Cette piste de recherche prend appui sur les travaux néo-institutionnalistes sur la globalisation. Les modèles organisationnels et les pratiques ont tendance à s'uniformiser mondialement pour pouvoir ensuite expliquer comment l'unification des modèles cognitifs soutient cette globalisation. Cependant, les pratiques et les modèles ne se diffusent pas tels quels mais sont réadaptés dans chaque contexte national spécifique. Cet article se penche sur le cas des prestataires privés de l'emploi (PPE) au Maroc, et montre que la thèse de la convergence des pratiques RH a fait normalement son chemin tout en soulevant cependant des interrogations sur la nécessité de l'adaptation des pratiques au contexte marocain.
