Abstract

Partant de l'étude de quatre universités européennes, l'article analyse les enjeux des projets e-learning tant du point de vue de l'offre de formations que de la gestion de ces activités par les établissements. Les données collectées sur la période 2004 à 2006 ont permis de construire onze indicateurs sur les usages des Technologies de l'Information et de la Communication (TIC), les caractéristiques des activités e-learning et les divers aspects du management des TIC dans les universités. Cette étude permet ainsi de comprendre comment ces universités ont intégré les TIC dans leurs activités et quels ont été les changements dans les trajectoires e-learning suivies depuis 2004.
