Quelques priorités pour le développement du management de projet en PME

Abstract

Nous proposons de revenir sur les spécificités supposées de la PME puis de sa nature, au travers du rôle essentiel joué par la " proximité " pour envisager 3 priorités essentielles dans le déploiement du management de projet. Ces trois axes permettent une distanciation du dirigeant avec le projet. Mais à la différence d'approches davantage centrées sur l'ajustement des outils existants, ces démarches sont fondées sur la création de liens, trois " reliances " largement développées par Edgar MORIN et ne sont en aucun cas dénaturantes pour la PME.
