Abstract

Cet article traite de la coexistence entre deux types d'agriculture formant des cas polaires en matière d'innovation des pratiques agricoles : l'agriculture biologique et des signes de qualité d'une part et l'agriculture OGM d'autre part. Il montre que l'organisation actuelle de la coexistence des agricultures par le seuil de tolérance maximale de présence accidentelle OGM peut être problématique pour l'agriculture biologique. Il explore ensuite les voies qui permettraient la mise en place d'une coexistence plus radicale préservant l'identité sans OGM de l'agriculture biologique.
