Abstract

Cet ouvrage traite de la gouvernance climatique globale. Il resitue le problème des changements climatiques dans la dynamique du système économique les ayant produits : le capitalisme. Il s'interroge sur l'opportunité que constitue l'agenda international de la lutte contre les changements climatiques pour impulser une transformation systémique des régimes de croissance tant au Nord qu'au Sud.
