Abstract

La question de l'équité dans la lutte contre le changement climatique est essentielle dans l'élaboration du futur régime climatique, mais elle devrait être traitée de façon différenciée. Ainsi le groupe des pays riches serait soumis à des objectifs de réduction contraignants fixés par rapport à une année de référence, celui des pays émergents à des objectifs fixés en termes de réduction de l'intensité en émission du PIB, alors que les pays en développement ne seraient soumis à aucun objectif contraignant.
