Abstract

La codification des compétences organisationnelles est une étape clé de leur dynamique d'exploitation et de renouvellement. Nous proposons, en nous appuyant sur les causalités aristotéliciennes, d'identifier différentes catégories qui permettent de décrire et de structurer le concept de compétence organisationnelle. L'usage de ce référentiel, dans le cadre du réseau de firmes étudié, a des retombées pragmatiques tant au niveau de la recherche de partenaires que de l'élaboration de stratégies de développement collectives.
