Crowdsourcing : une nouvelle forme de création de valeur ?

Abstract

Dans cette communication, nous avons abordé la problématique suivante : « Le développement du CS peut-il s'expliquer par sa contribution à la création de valeur pour les organisations ? ». A cet effet, nous avons présenté ce nouveau mode d'externalisation que constitue le crowdsouring. Ensuite, nous l'avons analysé sous l'angle de la création de valeur. Nous estimons alors, qu'en effet, le CS contribue à créer de la valeur pour l'entreprise désirant externaliser une activité de cette manière.
