Abstract

Dans ce papier, nous identifions empiriquement la déformation de la structure des qualifications et l'évolution des flux d'emplois (créations, destructions) associées à la trajectoire de modernisation des entreprises. Plutôt que de considérer les changements technologiques et organisationnels séparément, la mesure de la modernisation des entreprises adoptée reflète leur coordination dans une perspective dynamique. Elle permet également de déterminer si la dynamique de renouvellement de la main d'oeuvre est liée au stade de diffusion des nouvelles technologies et des pratiques innovantes d'organisation du travail. Ces tests sont conduits sur un échantillon de 2431 entreprises industrielles issu de l'enquête sur les changements organisationnels et l'informatisation de 1997.
