Abstract

La diffusion des technologies de l'information et de la communication dans l'entreprise et les changements organisationnels associés contribuent à modifier la perception des salariés sur leurs conditions de travail. L'objectif de cet article est d'étudier les effets de l'usage professionnel du téléphone portable, de l'ordinateur et d'Internet sur la satisfaction au travail, en s'attachant à distinguer les effets propres des TIC, des effets liés à l'organisation du travail. A partir de l'enquête des conditions de vie des ménages de l'INSEE, nous montrons que ces technologies ont des effets complémentaires positifs sur la satisfaction, surtout l'ordinateur. Le téléphone portable a des effets ambivalents en étant aussi source de stress. Enfin, les résultats soulignent l'existence d'effets croisés des TIC avec l'organisation du travail.
