Abstract

Face à l'optimisation croissante des flux hospitaliers et aux enjeux de durabilité, la cyclologistique apparaît comme une alternative prometteuse. Cette étude comble un vide en analysant ses freins, ses leviers d'adoption et ses implications systémiques, à la lumière de la théorie de Rogers et de la RSE, dans un centre hospitalier breton (CHB). Menée en deux phases, l'étude qualitative, fondée sur des entretiens semi-directifs et des observations sur site, a permis d'identifier des facteurs déterminants d'ordre individuel, organisationnel, ainsi que des éléments propres à l'innovation.
