Abstract

"In today's volatile, complex, and fastmoving markets, reactive-only supply chains are obsolete." Discuss. Here, the author does just that, arguing that the power of digital twins can be leveraged to enable executives to turn uncertainty into scenario based foresight, test decisions before disruptions occur, and align operational execution with strategic objectives."
